1. Services

1.1 Reformed Collective offers reformer pilates classes, including but not limited to BASE, POWER and SCULPT.

1.2 Classes are 50 minutes long and are bookable via our website (reformedcollective.nl) or our mobile app.

1.3 We reserve the right to change the class schedule, class formats, or instructors at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to inform Clients of any significant changes in advance.

2. Bookings and Cancellations

2.1 Classes must be booked in advance via our website or app and are subject to availability.

2.2 Cancellation deadline: you may cancel a booked class free of charge up to 12 hours before the scheduled start time. Your credit will be returned to your account and can be used for another class.

2.3 If you cancel less than 12 hours before the start of a class, the credit used for that booking will be forfeited.

2.4 No-show: if you fail to attend a booked class without cancelling, the credit used for that booking will be forfeited in full.

2.5 We reserve the right to cancel a class due to insufficient enrolment, instructor illness, or other circumstances beyond our control. In that case, any credit used for that booking will be returned to your account, or, where reasonably possible, we will offer an alternative class time.

2.6 Waitlist spots that become confirmed bookings are subject to the same cancellation and no-show terms above.

3. Class Packs, Credits and Memberships

3.1 Reformed Collective offers both single class packs ("strippenkaarten") and recurring memberships ("doorlopend abonnement").

Class Packs / Credits

3.2 Credits purchased as part of the Intro Pack or a Flex Pack are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

3.3 Unused credits expire automatically at the end of the validity period and are not refunded, exchanged, or extended, except where required by law or at our discretion in case of documented medical circumstances.

Memberships

3.4 Reformed Collective offers the following recurring memberships: Flex Membership (monthly billing) and Year Membership (annual commitment, billed monthly or as otherwise agreed at sign-up). Memberships automatically renew each billing period unless cancelled in accordance with clause 3.5.

3.5 Minimum term and cancellation:

Flex Membership: has a minimum initial term of three (3) months from the start date. After this initial period, the Flex Abo may be cancelled at any time with one (1) calendar month's notice, effective at the end of the then-current billing period.

Year Membership: has a minimum initial term of twelve (12) months from the start date. After this initial period, the Year Abo may be cancelled at any time with one (1) calendar month's notice, effective at the end of the then-current billing period.

3.6 Membership fees are due in advance of each billing period. If a payment fails, we may suspend access to bookings until payment is received.

4. Prices and Payment

4.1 All prices are listed in euros (EUR) and, where applicable, include VAT (BTW).

4.2 Prices for class packs and memberships are as published on reformedcollective.nl/prijzen at the time of purchase and may be changed at any time for future purchases. Price changes do not affect already-purchased credits or the current membership billing period.

4.3 Payments are processed through our website or app via the payment methods offered at checkout. By purchasing, you authorise us (or our payment provider) to charge the applicable amount, including recurring membership fees.

4.4 In case of a failed or reversed payment, we reserve the right to suspend your account and booking privileges until the outstanding amount is settled.

5. Health, Safety and Liability

5.1 Reformer pilates involves physical exertion. By booking a class, you confirm that you are in good physical health and have no medical condition that would prevent you from safely participating, or that you have consulted a physician before starting.

5.2 You are responsible for informing your instructor, before class, of any injuries, pregnancy, medical conditions, or physical limitations that may affect your participation.

5.3 You participate in all classes and use of the studio and its equipment entirely at your own risk. You are personally responsible and liable for any injury, physical complaint, or health-related harm that may result from your participation, including injuries resulting from pre-existing conditions, incorrect execution of exercises, or overexertion. Reformed Collective, its instructors, and staff accept no liability for such injury, loss, or damage, except in cases of intent or gross negligence on the part of Reformed Collective.

5.4 Reformed Collective is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings brought onto the premises.

5.5 It is mandatory to wear appropriate clothing and grip socks during class, in the interest of safety and hygiene.

5.6 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where this is not permitted under Dutch law.

6. Studio Rules and Conduct

6.1 Please arrive on time. Clients arriving late may be refused entry to a class already in progress, for safety and to avoid disrupting other participants, and the booking will be treated as a no-show under clause 2.4.

6.2 Clients under the age of 16 may only participate with prior written consent from a parent or legal guardian, and, where applicable, subject to instructor discretion regarding suitability of the class.

6.3 We expect all Clients to treat instructors, staff, and other participants with respect. We reserve the right to refuse entry or terminate a membership, without refund, in cases of abusive, disruptive, or unsafe behaviour.

6.4 Studio opening hours are published on our website and may be subject to change, including on public holidays.

7. Account and App Use

7.1 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details and for all activity under your account.

7.2 You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating your account.

7.3 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 All content on reformedcollective.nl and the Reformed Collective app, including logos, text, images, and class formats, is the property of Reformed Collective or its licensors and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.

9. Privacy

9.1 We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

10. Changes to These Terms

10.1 We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available at reformedcollective.nl. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

11.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.

11.2 Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be submitted to the competent court in the district where Reformed Collective is registered, unless mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise.
